The Snarky Files. Snarky has several definitions. I prefer "sharply critical." Here's my take on some news stories this past week. No real news here, just snark.
This week saw a rash of stories showing the intolerance of gay tolerance.
Brendan Eich, the CEO of Mozilla, the company that created the Firefox web browser, resigned his job under pressure from gay activists.
Eich had made a contribution to support California's Proposition 8.
Of course anyone who supports traditional marriage and has the courage to make a stand in favor of traditional marriage is immediately excoriated by the media and by gay ideologues.
Many of us have now given up using the Firefox browser in protest of Mozilla's intolerance of someone who supports marriage between a man and a woman.
More Gay Dogma
The Google director over corporate charities has resigned from the board of a Christian aid organization. The Christian charity says it now hires employees in same-sex marriages, contrary to the charity's religious beliefs and charter.
In Berlin, Germany, a Lutheran cemetery has set aside a section for "lesbian only" burials. The purpose is to be a place "where the lesbian community can live together in the afterlife."
I don't know if there is an afterlife, but I don't think I want to spend the eternities in a cemetery. I'd like to travel a bit, you know, take in the sights.
May the lesbians buried there rest in peace, secure in the knowledge that they won't have to deal with the unenlightened in the afterlife.
Meanwhile, a shop in Oregon came under fire and gay activists tried to close it down because its owner supports traditional marriage. (Source) Apparently, the shop owner's sin was to post on Facebook her views supporting marriage between a man and a women.
We all know, of course, that we can hold any beliefs we want to in this country, just as long as they coincide with current liberal dogma.
The politics of gay dogma has gotten so divisive, that even liberal comedian Bill Maher commented, "I think there is a gay mafia. I think if you cross them, you do get whacked."
Obamacare Hits the Mark
President Obama declared this week that Obamacare enrollments hit the goal of seven million.
What a great day for liberalism everywhere. Congress made a law that says that Americans have to buy health insurance. Then, when people obey the law, Obama gets all excited about how well the law works.
It is interesting how with the current administration, the numbers really never add up. One source, reported by London's Daily Mail shows the enrollments are still only 858,000, not seven million.
We'll call that a win for liberalism, since liberals always ignore inconvenient facts.

Meanwhile, Back in the Real World
Before the Obama administration made up an entire story about protests and movies that sparked the attack on the American Embassy in Benghazi, the CIA station chief in Libya at the time pointedly told his superiors in Washington, DC, that no such protests occurred.
Such narrative, however, doesn't help cover up the incompetence of Hillary Clinton's State Department. So, of course, the narrative was buried, only to surface when the people of the US are no longer looking or interested in terrorist murders.
And While We Were Sleeping
The NSA - you know, the spy agency spying on Americans - has performed warrantless searches.
Say goodbye to the 4th Amendment.
It's interesting that we have to get that news from a British news agency, The Guardian.

Best Kept Liberal Secret about Guns
Chicago officials announced this week that the city's murder rate has dropped to its lowest levels since 1958.
It's interesting that the drop in murder rates has coincided with Chicago's passing a law which allows citizens to conceal carry guns.
Liberal dogmatists want us to believe that guns cause crime. They've carefully hidden the fact that violent crime drops nearly everywhere conceal carry laws exist.
Why Liberal Dogma Pisses Me Off
A Florida five-year-old girl prayed before eating her lunch at school. A lunchroom supervisor told her "It's not good to pray."
The Gospel of Modern Liberalism has become more dogmatic, more intolerant, more unyielding in its Absolute Faith, than any religion.
Unfortunately, the dogmas are founded on bankrupt and immoral principles which reject all the good ideas of Western Civilization, including the brilliant contributions of Christianity.
